  • 24 Crackers
  • 12 Oz dark chocolate chips (or milk chocolate)
  • 1 Tsp peppermint extract


  • Begin by melting your chocolate chips in the microwave using 30-second intervals and stirring frequently until smooth.
  • Once the chocolate is completely melted, stir in the peppermint extract.
  • Using a fork for easy handling, dip the crackers in the melted chocolate and shake off the excess. Place each dipped cracker on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Place the baking tray in the freezer and allow chocolate to set for at least 20 minutes.
  • Remove the crackers from the freezer and repeat the dipping process. Allow chocolate to completely set.
